---Today every company has a database for one thing or another, some have multiple databases. A database can be used to keep track of inventory, accounts payable and receivable, employees and even point of sale. Right now your saying to yourself, "there are TONS of different software out there that do that already". To be honest with you, your correct. What makes IBI different is that we can make your database completely customized to your specifications.

---There are programming firms all over that make databases for big companies, the only problem with that is, they paid BIG money for them as well. Programmers charge any where from $60 an hour up to over $500 an hour, depending on the inticacy of the database, it could take anywhere from a week to 3 weeks to build a database, so you do the math on the cost. We specialize in small business, so we charge in a different manner. You may have no idea what it takes to make a database, so you are pretty much at the mercy of what your final bill is. We charge you for what you see, the finished product. If your database requires so many reports, interfaces or queries, we simply charge you by the amount of each so that you know EXACTLY what your paying for. Below is a break down of our price structure.

  Base Platform Cost: $150

This includes:

  • 6 Interface Forms
  • 3 Reports
  • All the queries and tables that go with your forms
  • 2 months of Technical Support on your finished product at no charge (Wanting to add additional forms, queries or reports is not included with the free technical support)
 
    Add-Ons to Base Platform
Forms Depending on the intricacy of the additional forms, the cost ranges from $10 to $30 a form.
Reports Depending on the intricacy of the additional reports, the cost ranges from $10 to $40 a report.
Support As with the Base Platform, all Add-On forms or reports purchased come with a 2 month Technical Support.

Additional Services

---If a problem arrises after your 2 months of free Technical Support are up, there is a $25 fee for every additional service call. When you purchased a Base Platform and you did not use all the forms and/or reports that came with the package, for the cost of a $50 service fee, we will add the remaining forms and/or reports that came with the original package at no charge for the actual form and/or report (up to the limit of the Base Platform), just the service fee. If after the 2 months of your free Technical Support are up, and you feel you need additional forms and/or reports, and you have fullfilled the Base Platform limits, the cost of an Add-On(s) remains the same as it was at the time of purchase of original Base Platform, but an additional $75 service fee will apply.
